TakkaPay is a payment service provider (L.L.C.) and its application (TakkaPay), uses the below terms and conditions in the application's use.

If you are using the application, you agree to the terms of use in all the details mentioned and issues about any violation you make against the service we provide.

Please note that the application can change its terms of use anytime, and if you continue to use it after changing these terms, it means you agree to it.

It is therefore your responsibility to check the application's terms of use from time to time.

  1. You may not use any 'deep link', 'scraping page', 'robot', 'or spider', any device, software, algorithm, or other methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, obtain, copy, or monitor any part of the application or any content.

  2. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to intervene or try to interfere with the correct work of the application.

  3. You may not formulate addresses or manipulate IDs in order to hide the origin of any message.

  4. No impersonation of any other individual or entity.

  5. You may not use the application or any content for any illegal or prohibited purpose under these terms of use.

  6. Additional terms and conditions may be applicable to service purchases and to certain parts or features of the application.

  7. It is possible to change some terms and conditions or add new terms that are not directly mentioned here, so you should follow the terms of usage periodically.

  8. Your account and passwords must be kept safe at all times as any breach of your account can lead to serious problems faced by another user or perhaps the application and our services so, you are fully responsible for the security of your account credentials at all times.

  9. You should be fully aware that any message or process you make may be visible to other people whose aim is to exploit

  10. The application cannot guarantee that any other files or data you upload from the site will be free of viruses, pollutants, or supporting features.

  11. You are fully responsible for your usage of the application, you are responsible for any damages, liability, or resulting from any failure to perform, error, negligence, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, transmission, computer virus, line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access.

  12. Application management may:

    • Modify, suspend, quit, or access the application for any reason.

    • Modify or change the application and any policies or items in force.

    • Interrupt the operation of the application, as necessary for routine or non-routine maintenance.

  13. The company will in no way bear any indirect damages that occur to you such as lost profits.

  14. Our company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information it believes is necessary to comply with any valid law, regulation, legal procedure, or government request.

  15. The company has the right to terminate your access to the application and/or block your future access to the application if we determine that you have violated these terms of usage, agreements, or other guidelines.

  16. If the company takes any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these terms of usage, it will be entitled to restitution from you and you agree to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and the costs of this procedure.

  17. All matters relating to your access or usage of the site or the application, including all disputes, are subject to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

  18. Any claim under these terms and conditions of usage must be filed within one year (1) after the cause of the case has emerged.

  19. If there is any disagreement between you and the client or, if we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable period of time (not exceeding (30) days), either party may submit such controversy or dispute to mediation.

  20. Each transport service provided by the driver to the passenger constitutes a separate agreement between each of them. The usage of the application is only to connect to each other.

  21. Using the application as a transport service provider means your commitment to the general morals, customs, and traditions recognized in the Arab Republic of Egypt. It is also committed to the cleanliness, sterilization, and maintenance of the method used periodically and the obligation to wear a face mask, use possible safety means when needed, and bear the legal implications of the above.

  22. By using the available services, you expressly acknowledge and guarantee that you are legally entitled to accept and apply the terms of usage and that you are at least 18 years of age. Without exclusive adherence to the above, the service is not available to persons under the age of 18 or persons who are prohibited from entering into a contractual relationship.

  23. Using the service, you acknowledge compliance with the terms of use and ensure that all the data and information you provide are accurate and correct, and agree to comply with the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

  24. If a security agency is asked to share flight information, including precise location data from the company, we must provide the requested information immediately.

  • You may not use, export, or re-export any content, copy, or adaptation of this content, or any product or service displayed on the application, contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.

  • The information in this application is subject to change without notice.

  • We at TakkaPay as a payment service provider company (L.L.C) and its application (TakkaPay) are committed to protecting your privacy and our privacy policy for all our in-application services.

  • Our privacy policy describes the ways in which we collect, store, use, and protect your personal information.

  • We do not consider any anonymous information to constitute personal data as it cannot be used to identify a particular person.

  • When you sign in to the application, it means you agree to our privacy policy.

  • We would like to inform you not to worry about your personal data because when we use your personal data in any way other than the one described in the privacy policy or make any adjustments from time to time, we will inform you by email and give you the option of whether to allow us to use your personal information or not.

  • We may make any modification to our privacy policy and then we will let you know by publishing it in the application.

  • You will be deemed to agree with the new privacy policy if you continue to use the application for 30 days after the update is published.

  • Ensuring that products are packaged and not religiously or ethnically offensive to anyone.

  • When we refer to 'us' we mean TakkaPay as a payment service provider company (L.L.C) and its application (TakkaPay), our head office in the Arab Republic of Egypt (Alexandria).

  • When our services are used, we collect personal data and use and disclose such personal data only as described in this privacy policy. We collect some personal information to inform you of the benefits of TakkaPay services and to help us diagnose and improve your experience, including data on the pages you reach, device protocol address, device identity, unique knowledge, device type, location information, computer, contact information, mobile network information, statistics on page view, traffic to and from, source selector, advertising data, standard network record data, and other information. We may collect contact information such as your name, address, phone number, email, and other similar information, and financial information such as full bank account numbers. In addition to detailed personal data such as your date of birth and ID numbers.

  • To help protect you from fraud and misuse of your personal data we may collect data about you and your interactions with our services as well as we can evaluate your computer, mobile phone, or any other means of access to detect any malicious software or activity, and we may use your device's unique ID to provide you with site-based services such as ads, search results, and other customized content.

We may use the data we collect for some or all of the following purposes:

  • Implement our obligations to provide you with agreed products and services.

  • Establish, maintain, and manage your account.

  • Maintain, explore, and improve the application.

  • Develop new products and services.

  • If your preferences allow this, make recommendations, products, and services.

  • Measure application performance.

  • Fulfilling our legal and regulatory obligations and reporting.

  • Contact you about our application, products, and services such as informing you of changes and updates, alerting you to data security breaches, and providing you with customer support services.

  • Sometimes we place small data files called cookies on your device, enabling the application to remember your business and preferences (such as login, language, font size, and display preferences) over a period of time so you don't have to re-enter them whenever you return to the application.

  • If we or all our assets are acquired by others or if we leave work to enter bankruptcy, user information becomes an asset transferred or obtained by a third party.

  • You acknowledge and agree that if this transfer occurs, any acquirer of our business will continue to use your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

TakkaPay is directly warning of using its service in any of the below:

  • Sale of banned products in Egypt.

  • Violation of any law applied in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

  • Not to ensure that the content and descriptions of the products you enter into the application do not violate the intellectual property rights of any of the users or any of our partners.

  • Drugs, cigarettes, or any product that threatens people's safety.

  • Stolen digital or virtual goods.

  • Sexually oriented services.

  • Ammunition, firearms, or sharp objects.

  • In transactions that give personal information about a third party for fear of applicable laws.

  • The application may not be used in quick wealth and profit deals.

  • Financing or refinancing credit card-funded debt.

  • Transactions related to the sale of traveler’s cheques or remittances.

  • Receipt or payment of payments for bribery or corruption.

  • Gambling activities or skill games.
